ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 4 of the National Ordinance Supervision of the Insurance Brokerage Business, the Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten announces the withdrawal of the license of Serrant Insurances N.V .to mediate in the Life and Non-Life insurance in Sint Maarten, based of Article 7 paragraph 1d and 1h of the aforementioned national ordinance.
