The copyrights of the 1998 series Netherlands Antilles banknotes rest with the Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (CBCS). This means that the CBCS can oppose the portrayal of the 1998 series Netherlands Antilles banknotes for infringement of its copyright. The CBCS shall not oppose every portrayal of the 1998 series Netherlands Antilles banknotes, but only those portrayals which are contrary to the reproduction conditions of the CBCS for the 1998 series Netherlands Antilles banknotes (hereafter referred to as Reproduction conditions).
