The Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (hereafter: CBCS) is responsible for promoting monetary policy and ensuring a secure payment system. In view of the above, the CBCS wishes to draw attention to its copyright and the Conditions for the Reproduction of the Netherlands Antillean guilder banknotes which can be found on our website: click here
Based on its copyright, the CBCS will take action against images that violate the Conditions for Reproduction, which may result in criminal prosecution in accordance with Article 2:169 (and subsequent articles) and Article 3:33 of the Criminal Code of Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
