These two criteria must be met to qualify an investment institution for the Professional Parties Exemption regulation under the National Ordinance on the Supervision of Investment Institution and Administrators (NOSIIA). Furthermore, the current minimum subscription threshold of USD 50,000 has been increased to a minimum subscription threshold amount of USD 100,000.

In addition, the CBCS has drafted an electronic Application Form for Exemption Request for Investment Institutions to guide applicants through all necessary documents and information required when applying for an exemption under the NOSIIA.
